Is the equipment sanitized?
Yes, prior to each new rental, all equipment is cleaned and sanitized. The equipment is also inspected for safety before each rental. We treat the equipment as if our own children were using it.
How long have you been in business?
The Baby store has been in business since 2010. We started in Tsilivi as a baby clothing and accessories shop, and later added on equipment rentals and online ordering. We now deliver all over the Island of Zakynthos.
Will you install car seats?
We cannot do this for liability reasons. We leave this up to the customer. We are more than happy to provide the instruction booklet for you, should you need it. Most customers find that our car seats are easy to install.
Is the equipment new?
All of our equipment is either new or in excellent condition (gently used). We pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of our merchandise. Each item is thoroughly inspected before each rental.
What if I need to cancel?
We understand that plans change and if you need to cancel please provide as much notice as possible. Depending on the location and the time of year you are renting the equipment, the cancellation policies vary with each location. That being said, we do understand that emergencies happen and we will work with you to the best of our ability.
So how does this whole renting a stroller (other rental equipment) thing work?
Though it may sound weird, renting a stroller for your Zante vacation may be one of the best purchases of your trip. We deliver the stroller to your resort, hotel or vacation home at the time you chose, alternatively you may collect from our store located within central Tsilivi. You use the stroller like if you had brought your own. They come in especially handy when kids are tired, you’re tired and you’re heading out for the evenings or during the very hot weather. On your last day, you will return the stroller to the same place where you collected it from/ from your resort, hotel reception which will be arranged between you and us when making the reservation. No fuss, and no packing. We make every effort to keep things as simple as possible.
Do you only deliver to popular resorts on the Island and is there a delivery charge?
We deliver to all popular resorts in Zante as well as smaller remote locations on the island. Delivery is free for orders over 30€. Deliveries to some remote locations may incur a small delivery charge of 10 euro which includes collection and drop off.
Do I need to provide a security deposit on the rental items?
Yes all rented equipment will need a deposit. You will be charged for this at the time of your booking. Upon successful return of items rented you shall receive your deposit back in full within 3 working days via the same method of payment. Any damages to items rented will have to be paid for by the rentee.
Why would I rent a stroller?
There are some very good reasons to rent a stroller, even if your children don’t normally use a stroller at home. Walking around the resorts is very hot and a long distance to cover and can be VERY TIRING. As an adult, you will feel it. Now imagine littler legs trying to keep up all day. Giving them a ride around the resort or while on a trip will not only save them from getting as cranky, but will save you from some of that mid-day frustration. The evenings are very different over here in Greece, there are lots of outdoor entertainment that children are allowed to attend its very handy if they need a nap to snooze.

How do Ι return my stroller / crib?
Strollers and baby rental equipment can be collected in store or delivered and collected to your hotel resort at reception, which is arranged by you upon ordering online. Any questions or concerns please do contact us. There is a small fee for delivery and collection under 30 euro.
Are your strollers the same colors as in the pictures?
We’ve used pictures that offer the highest level of detail so our guest can see all of the great features our strollers have to offer. Strollers come in a variety of neutral colors and while we wish we could honor specific color requests, we are unable to guarantee a particular color choice.
What if my drop-off and pick-up locations are not the same?
When ordering, you will be given the options of where you would like delivery and drop off to take place. Most likely, these will be at a resort or hotel. If pick up is at a private residence, please indicate a time that you will be present at the residence.
What time do you drop off the strollers / rental product ? When do I need to return the stroller / rental item ?
Your stroller / rental item will be waiting for you at your drop off location at the time that you choose when you place your order. If the stroller / item is being delivered to a private residence, please select a time for delivery AFTER you have arrived.
Strollers and equipment are due back no later than the time indicated in your confirmation email once ordered. If pick up is at a private residence, please select a time that you will be present at the residence ( Please note: pickups and drop offs are only available between the hours of 10am-4pm depending on the location)
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to MOST hotels, resorts and vacation homes on the island.
Can I leave the stroller at reception at night?
We ask that you maintain possession of the stroller when not in use. The hotels and resorts are kind enough to allow us to deliver and return the rental items to their reception areas. Please do not store your stroller in another location where you do not have a clear view of it, it should remain in a secure location (hotel room, locked vehicle). The rental item/ stroller is your responsibility until you return it.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund will be given to all cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your rental date. All cancellations made within the 48 hours window will be charged 20 euro admin fee.
What should I do if I need to extend my stroller rental?
If you would like to extend the length of your stroller or rental item, simply call us to let us know your new check out date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Can I order more than one item at a time?
Yes, you will be able to order multiple items at once when placing your order including baby milk / food.
Who handles your credit card transactions and is it safe to order through your site?
We use paypal processor, a leader in the merchant services field. Your credit card number will not be visible to us and all information is securely encrypted when being transmitted.
When will I be charged?
Your paypal account will be charged at the time your order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.
What if I have a problem/issue with the stroller or rental item?
Our telephone number will be listed on the stroller or item. Give us a call and we will make every effort to resolve any issue immediately.
Do you offer insurance on your strollers or cribs?
Insurance is not yet available on rental items.
What happens if my stroller is lost or stolen?
If you cannot find your stroller, contact us immediately in which we may be able to assist you. You will be responsible for the cost of replacement for any lost or stolen stroller or item.
What can I do to lessen the chances of it getting lost /stolen or damaged?
Please have it in your view when using the rental item or stored in your room/ villa. Please do not overload strollers, and force them when closing or opening. Please remove parasols from strollers before closing them.
What happens if our plans change?
Please contact us via email to notify us of any changes regarding your stroller / rental (check-in/out dates, resort location, etc ) and we will do our best to accommodate your request ( Most deliveries are made the night before the rental begins so last minute delivery changes may not be possible if less than 24hrs notice is given).
Do you offer rain covers?
We do have rain covers available. If you would like a rain cover, please select it on the reservation page when placing your order or notify us by email. Rain covers are provided free of charge but must be returned at the end of the rental.
Do you work with travel agents?
We work with some of the best travel agents in the country. If you are a travel agent, please call or email us and we can discuss how to offer our creative service to your clients.
